The Clarinet as a Voice for Social Themes

Since I began my studies, I've been fortunate to be part of various chamber music groups. It started with the woodwind quintet "Quintetto Indaco" in my hometown. Later, I joined the "Ensemble Sequenza" with the pianist Leonora Armellini.

After moving to the Netherlands, I was a member of the Rotterdam-based woodwind quintet "Les Cinq," which reached the finals of the prestigious "Grote Kamermuziekprijs" competition in 2015.

I also had the exciting opportunity to collaborate with the English "Gould Piano Trio" during their concert tour in the Netherlands. Additionally, I was part of ELLE Trio, which focused on promoting women in music and reached the finals of the "Grote Kamermuziekprijs" in 2016.

I was selected for a scholarship at the Pinerolo Academy through the Orchestra Sinfonica della RAI in Turin. This allowed me to perform alongside the violinist Lukas Hagen and the pianist Andrea Lucchesini.

I’m also involved in contemporary music, being a member of De Staalmeesters: a collective of classical and jazz musicians led by the pianist & composer Rembrandt Frerichs.

I’m a member of the Rotterdam Chamber Music Society and I collaborate with The Lendvay Ensemble.

I'm in partnership with How I Met PucciniⓇ: the project about Puccini and the "Opera without words" created by the double bassist and composer Valentina Schledhofen Ciardelli.
